Fantastic service from the team at Knights MINI in Stoke today. I got myself in a pickle and needed help with my car. The team at Stoke talked me through everything over the phone and were extremely helpful and understanding. I have been using the dealership for years and I have always been happy with the staff, both in Sales and Service, but today they really went over and above to help me. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Thank you so much everyone!
My Knight’s Staffordshire Mini experience. I booked my wife’s car in for it’s MOT and end of warranty check, I was advised to drop the vehicle off as early as possible (8am) to ensure that the vehicle would be completed in a timely manor as the courtesy car fleet where not in use which I understood and had no issue with. So, today 7th Sept I arrive at your mini site as I have many times in the past as we have owned multiple Mini vehicles to find the show room lights darkened and electric main entrance closed. During this time another mini owner was also waiting and we both had a conversation about the show room being closed. On searching your own website via google it states 8am, regardless of this I assumed that I must have noted the wrong time and returned to my vehicle to waste 30 minutes. I then return to the show room at 8.30am and stood by the highlighted welcome desk, at this point x2 of your colleagues had seen me but made no effect to acknowledge me, even to the point where a female staff member sat closest to the desk stood up and walked off?! I then waited around for a few minutes in hope that somebody would see to my needs and due to no luck decided to walk through the show room where I found a female staff member using the coffee machine to be informed that I needed to go to BMW across the car park and that they where open from 8am! I wasn’t informed of this when I booked nor is there any signage at mini to indicate this to customers. This aside to then be completely blanked is beyond belief. I appreciate that times have changed due to the pandemic but if the changes were communicated I would have no issue to complain. My whole experience has been appalling. Please view your CCTV at 8am and 8.30am on the 7/9 of a male wearing a black face cloth, light brown jumper, dark body warmer with blue jeans and you will see just how poor your customer service was.
I have filled this in before I have had the vehicle. It is not due until mid/late September. The sales man (James Ashworth) was very professional and made the purchase a pleasure.
It was a great experience. The fastest service I have had there. Booked in at 8.am and back home just turned 11am. And that was for a major service and mot.
Great location always gone and mainly have a great experience but the last time my mini went in for a service, the advisor was rude and even refused to remove the service warning light which was strange.
